IG has today (28 April) unveiled a new set of market intelligence services at Geneva Dry 2026, aimed at simplifying increasingly complex dry bulk and commodity markets.

Now in its sixth decade, the IG Shipping Course brings together participants from across shipping and adjacent sectors for two weeks of structured commercial training in the UK.

On 5 November 2025, IG will join the maritime community in supporting Mercy Ships Cargo Day. Through the new “Bulk for Mercy” initiative, driven by the Dry Bulk Committee, the sector aims to double last year’s $500,000 contribution to help fund hospital ships delivering free care in Africa.
