China’s soybean inventories at ports rose to a record 9.2Mt last week, up +0.1Mt or…

… +0.6% WoW and +34% YoY, supported by solid purchases from both North and South America in recent months.

High soybean availability is also feeding through into downstream stocks. Soybean meal inventories at Chinese ports reached 1.0Mt, near 2026 highs and up +0.1Mt or +5.9% WoW and +8.3% YoY.

The build comes as China’s weekly soybean crush remained above 2Mt/wk, while CASDE maintains 2026/27 soybean imports at 96Mt and crush at 94Mt amid ample global supplies.
